I am going to give you 3 arm exercises that will help you accomplish your cellulite goals.

3 Exercises To Help Get Rid Of Arm Cellulite

1.  Jogging.  If you have been reading any of the other post then you will know why I put this one here, and actually will think it's quite funny.  But it's so needed.  I know that you are like huh, why did you put that one there?  It's because jogging burn calories, and a lot of them.  No I am not saying that you have to do some kindof funky special type of arm swing either, just jog or run.  Your goal with this exercise is to burn a lot of calories.

2.  Push ups.  Push ups are a great total upper body workout.  They make you move multiple joints and thus they work more muscles and burn more calories as a result.  Once again burning more calories and developing lean muscles in the target areas of the arms.

3.  Tricep extensions.  These can be done a number of different ways, but I will tell you about one.  Stand up and hold a dumbbell in both hands above your head.  Then lower the dumbbell slowly behind your head, then press up.

4.  Bicep curls.  Stand with your arms extended and the back of your hand resting on your thighs.  Then holding a dumbbell or any weighted material (including a bag of flour) and keeping your elbow locked by your side, raise your hand to your chest and then lower it slowly.

With each of these exercises (2-4) you will want to do them 2 times per week.  Do 5 sets of 15 with.  The first set is a warm up set.  If you don't want to go to a gym, you don't have to.  You can use your own home gym equipment.

As far as number 1 goes above you want to try and jog 3-4 times per week to help you burn the needed calories to get rid of fat.

1.  Lunges.  Lunges are really effective way to target the butt, hamstrings, and the thighs.

2.  Step ups.  You can do step ups at home, at a athletic stadium, on in a gym.  Warning:  This can be tough workout, be careful.  But it is so rewarding.

3.  Running.  Running is my fave (most effective and efficient) leg exercise for cellulite.  Have you ever seen a real runner with a fat butt.  No!  I don't mean jogging, I mean running, even if it's for short intervals at a time.  This exercise builds lean muscle and burns a ton of calories.

4.  Walking.  Wow, I know.  Who woulda' ever thought you can burn fat by just walking, but you can.  I wanted to add this exercise in there because not every one can do or is able to do the other exercises just yet for what ever the reason, or because you may need an exercise to do on your light workout days.  That's just were this one fits in.

5.  Leg press.  Leg presses are cool, but are further down the list because you need a gym in order to do them.  But if you put your feet toward the top of the foot platform and do your leg presses from there it can really work that butt.
